Spray Paint Goes a Long Way on Metal Cabinets

I used to think spray paint was only used by graffiti artists until my husband and I needed to rehab metal filing cabinets we reclaimed from someone’s basement. Then it came in handy when we garbage picked an old, outdoor plant stand.

Just recently we fixed up a rusty, metal cabinet, perfect for storing paint, supplies, tool, etc. in a garage or basement.

Spray Painting Tips:
To use less paint, match the paint with the original color or at least paint light things a light color and dark things a dark color.

Use masking tape to cover your hardware, this give a clean look.
