1 cup vegetable or canola oil
1.5 tb. Stevia
1/3 white vinegar
1 ts. soy sauce
You’ll notice when you mix the dressing that the Stevia helps emulsify the oil and vinegar. Stevia has a bit of an absorbent quality that helps give this dressing a nice consistency.
There are going to be plenty of opportunities this summer to share this crowd-pleaser recipe without adding to the gluttony of picnic fare.
