Antique Singer Cast Iron Sewing Machine Treadle Base w/ tabletop

Yesterday was a blast. My boys and I got to check out a storage unit owned by a retired art teacher. They totally thought they were Dave Hester and Barry Weiss of Storage Wars. They were “yuuup-ing” the whole way home.

As part of our adventure, we picked up a super cool table with an Antique Singer Cast Iron Sewing Machine Treadle Base. The cast iron base is in near perfect condition and the treadle works like a charm! There is one wheel missing as shown in the photograph, but that does not take away from the charm of this piece. We are selling it for $125 (on consignment) if anyone in the Buffalo area is interested.

I’m Cristin Frank (AKA Eve). I love all things frugal and crafty. My mindset is always on upcycling, repurposing, reducing waste and saving money – and Eve of Reduction is my roadmap. You might also want to check out my book, "Living Simple, Free & Happy."
